We are forming a conscious, vegetarian/raw food community in a serene, heavenly paradise on a gorgeous 1 acre estate with beautiful landscaping, palm trees, exotic plants, flowers, fruit orchard, putting green, walking trails, pool, spa, waterfall and breathtaking panoramic views overlooking the La Costa valley, Batiquitos Lagoon and the Pacific.

Our home is quite spacious: 5,000 square feet with marble, 40 ft high entry, stained glass, marble, three stories, 4 fireplaces, 2 kitchens, two living rooms, spaces for healing work and 2 outdoor living areas (patio & large balcony). Plans for a new temple pavillion of sacred music, dance and yoga are in progress.

So far, most of the people in the house are highly conscious women. We are co-creating and living in a sacred space. We are health conscious, heart-centered beings seeking 1 or 2 other beautiful souls who would love living in a fun, healthy and harmonious community. Please be someone who is of a high-vibration.... community-oriented, easy going,
friendly, spiritually mature, financially stable, peaceful, compassionate, vegetarian (or into meatless cooking), clean and respectful, .

We are excited about creating an organic garden and hosting conscious events: yoga classes, raw food/veggie pot lucks, meditations, conscious workshops for sacred dance & movement, kirtans, Tantra, Law of Attraction, Compassionate Communication (NVC), healing, teaching, training, etc.

Monthly room rents start at $825, plus a share of utilities.
From now thru August, 1 room is optionally available for short term stays, ideal for a bedroom or office. It is medium sized with light colored carpets and walls, plus a large closet. It has a shared bath (1 1/2 bath). This room is available nightly (3 min) for $45/night, lightly furnished with queen sized futon, linens/bedding.

There is also a healing/massage room available for sessions as well as an office on the third floor, possibly for private or shared use.

We will soon have a gorgeous master suite available. Please call for more details!

Your pet may be considered with deposit. Very large, beautiful yard, fully enclosed. This is a great space for a compatible dog! We have a small, well mannered Bichon Frise who loves other doggies and would love to have a (potty trained) friend.
